G.POLENGHI - THE FIRST AND UNIQUE PRESERVATIVE FREE LEMON JUICE IN RPET BOTTLE

Giancarlo Polenghi, known as “Lemon Specialist”, launches a new packaging at Anuga 2019, the most important international fair for food&beverages. It's the first and unique preservative free Sicilian lemon juice in ambient temperature in a PET packaging (250 ml) produced with 30% of recycled plastic. Polenghi chooses to offer the Pure Sicilian lemon juice, coming from the best selection of fruits in the hearth of Sicily, in a completely sustainable packaging. PET is a strong barrier and protection against the oxidation of the juice and allows an excellent preservation of the Vitamin C. Polenghi is a dynamic company, always attentive to the innovation for the consumers and the market, thanks to the synergy of internal packaging division and R&D. Being particularly attentive to the environment and to the new European strategies dedicated to the circular economy of plastic, Polenghi started the production of bottles 100% recyclables with 30% of post-consumer PET waste. Polenghi selects classic images of the art of ceramic to better express the strong connection between the culture of the Sicilian territory and its fruits.
