Lemon braised chicken
Ingredients
400 g of chicken breast
4 tablespoons of Lemondor lemon juice
half an avocado
3 salad tomatoes
100 g green salad
olive oil
white flour
black pepper
salt.
Preparation
Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Prepare the avocado, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Lemondor lemon juice to prevent it turning black. Put the diced vegetables into in a large cup. Cut the chicken into very thin strips and toss with a little white flour. Add a little olive oil to a pan and when it is hot place the strips and brown on both sides (about 2 minutes per side). Season with salt and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of Lemondor lemon juice diluted with a 1/3 glass of water. Cook for about 10 minutes over a moderate heat.
Add the chicken to the vegetables and then sprinkle with black pepper.
